Had a appointment with my son's car Tuesday 11th march had a valuation and was ready to sell but we didn't have the correct finance details so we rebooked for Thursday 14th march which was going to be a different sales representative, arrived at our appointment 6pm few minutes early no one there, sales rep turned up a few minutes late only then to keep us waiting a few more minutes whilst he prayed...
