I was given a valuation of £9000 for my van . Which at first thoughts might seem good but I actually have received £16800 directly from ford , my advice would be to just try any where else .
Absolutely disgusting service. I'v never felt so conned and humiliated in my life... I did the online evaluation and then booked an appointment. I arrived and was greeted by a really friendly man, I think his name was Nick. I told him immediately that I was just after a proper quote as I didnt want to sell that day. He asked me to cancel my online appointment before he came out to my vehicle which I now realise was so there was no paper trail of the con he was planning.
