Thankfully, I rebooked at the Erdington branch, and the experience was completely different – professional, efficient, and straightforward. The guy who was there really had prejudice when we arrived there. Without even starting he wanted to get our expectations first. His job was to value the car and give us the price but instead he was forcing us to commit what he says. may be a different executive would have treated us with respect. The guy needs to go for better customer care training and should know his limits to force the customer to agree which he wasn’t sure.
Alex helped me so much to understand the process clearly and what I needed to do. Very polite and patient and made it easy for such a heart breaking moment (I truly loved my car) the advice he gave was extremely professional and a comfort.
