Just rubbish as a scheme, absolutely rip off. You enter all details and condition and then they offer you a price and when you get there they offer a different price without any reason as the condition was 'as expected' that is 60% less, why? The guys working there are nice enough, but can't explain why the initial offer is different.
Good easy process fair price
Obviously the mixed reviews on here are because people had unrealistic expectations of value for their car. I got a few hundred quid knocked off the website quote. The quote online is for showroom quality, if you think your car is in 'good nick' it's probably a grade 3, expect to have £500 knocked off your vehicle at the least. Sales staff I dealt with were very pleasant, couldn't complain about the service at all.
