DO NOT USE SERVICE!!!! Spam messaging every single day, even when asked to stop they just continue at 11am EVERY morning. Worst people have ever communicated with. Bunch of cants.
Personally it was a waste of time for me. I contacted them and put all details in. I got a reply in a day saying they need more details so I emailed them with all specs for my bike and said if needed more info please let me know. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard a thing. I tried to call them just to be disconnected. Will not use your service again as it seems to bee a bad experience so far.

Good experience. Quick and decent valuation. Bike inspected and taken away without any fuss. The price offered was paid and good communication throughout.
We buy any bike is a complete lie would not buy my bike when challenged only offered an apology I said you could have offered £50 as then you are filling your advertising standers of we buy any bike so asked if the would offer that and they refused again breach of advertising standards.
