This company came out to bid the project, agreed to numbers and made a deposit. Upon arrival, the team they had was not only late, but was unable to complete the fascia, trim & siding repair they committed to. Once they told me the information, I asked for a refund due to the failure of ability to complete the work. They then charged me 25% of the entire bid, plus 8 hours of labor at $65/hr to caulk 1/2 of the top fascia. Not windows, doors, pressure washing, almost no prep work.
