We previously had a good relationship with this company for our engravings. However, our last engraving was a bumpy proccess, taking 4.5 months to complete. When issues arose, they insinuated it was our fault. We had been a customer for many years.

When a company has a "niche" market, oftentimes the service is lacking because they know you don't have many options to choose from. In the case of We Baum nothing could be further from the truth! Every person I have ever dealt with there has been unfailingly professional, friendly, helpful and has gone far beyond what is expected to make certain we are satisfied. Maurice Zagha, in particular, is a true gem! Carolina Abrantes, Jen Stiles, and Lane King have all been wonderful, as well. I highly recommend WE Baum!
