If you look at the company website it says no hidden fees. I was charged $20 extra for extreme soiled carpet and Omar said his website needed to be updated. Also the website shows that they vacuum your carpet before cleaning it because "most companies skip this part." I specifically asked about that because he started without vacuuming. Omar said they only vacuum for big pieces. After my carpet was dry I had a lot in my bag when vacuuming. Carpets looked clean, but paid similar prices to a larger company. Excellent service, great experience, great price
I fill thankfull for 3 star and sun for cleaning my carpet ,he really clean may house , I would recommend that every body should get it , it surely smell good and take away all odor and stain in the carpet, I think every body should treat your carpet at least once a year he really did a good job . Omar was spectacular, he genuinely cared and it showed. I have a light beige carpet that hasn't been cleaned professionally since I bought the house brand new in 2006. We ask visitors to remove their shoes before walking on the carpet but over time, there was a bit of a visible traffic path. Omar used his nifty cleaning machine and restored my carpet to a like new condition. He did just about my entire house, including stairs, for a super reasonable price.
