Terrible place – Oh, my gosh. I have such fond memories of that place from when I was a kid. I even took piano lessons here... but not anymore...@jonathon797979797...If it's any consolation, at least you GOT customer service even though it sucked. I have been to this place 7, count them, 7 times over the past month and they are NEVER there. No matter what day, no matter what time. No hours posted either. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. ORDER OFF THE INTERNET – I was shopping around for a new guitar. Went in, looked around, was writing names of guitars down to look up reviews online. The man behind the counter came around and removed the pen from my hand and KICKED ME OUT claiming that I "was going to order off the internet". After that dilemna, I AM NOW going to order off the internet. I believe what he did was completely illegal and very, very unprofessional. In my entire life, I have never been so offend... read more
