Buyer beware. As a GC in Colorado I hired We are Construction to do roofing and repairs. They promised they had General Liability and Workers Comp. I trusted them. I was audited for Workers Comp for the work they did for me in 2017. They do NOT carry workers compensation or worse, just refuse to share it. I will now have to file a law suit against them for the fine of having a subcontractor that ether doesn't carry it or refuses to provide it.
