This is the second time I have used We-Ar Vehicles for a car, this time for a Ford Puma. Just as the first time, I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and the vehicle was delivered when advised, in pristine condition.
Brilliant experience leasing my first car..from start . Everything made easy to understand..help always at hand for things I didn't understand. Hannah and the other management team were superb..Especially 2 weeks after taking delivery my car was stolen off my drive and subsequently written off. Again no fuss guidance from the team..a replacement vehicle sorted and I am so delighted with that...as I was with my original car. My experience with we-ar vehicles has been a positive one. Hannah and Kaye are both amazing. Speedy replies and they are always happy to help . I didn't notice on delivery of the car some marks on the driver's door due to the door being open but I emailed Emma straight away with pictures and I was reassured that these pictures have been added to my file and I won't be charged when it comes to giving the car back . Highly recommend and have been recommending to my peers
