I’ve been using them for Airbnb answering for a few years. 24/7 answering is great and why I stayed. Customer service was nice over email but took awhile for a reply usually. But… the bills are excessive for answering a 30 second call every couple or few days. The explanations for billing never made sense (some calls were minutes long when my buzzer hangs up after 27 seconds).
