I'm another customer scammed by this company. They disappeared about a year ago but are back now COVID restrictions have ended. Part of our Honeymoon was booked with this business which ended up being $1000 into their pocket for nothing. Not sure how the law hasn't caught up with them yet. Book elsewhere :(

Don’t use we accommodate or Agoda they will not help if there is a lock down you will not get your money back..

Don not book with We Accommodate as you will likely lose all of your money if you need to cancel. We Accommodate is untrustworthy and engages in poor business practices and its past and current Directors should be band by ASIC from operating companies!! We booked a penthouse apartment between Christmas and New Year, which needed to be cancelled due to border closures. They kept all the money we paid (over $5,000) and then re-let it to someone else. The business now shut. All our money was taken, no refund provided. Will be pursuing legal action.

Worst customer service. Due to border closure they will not give us money back or credit and the phone has been off the hook for three weeks they don’t want to take anyone’s calls. Avoid this company at all cost
