Horrible service and delivery. After countless mess ups this business damaged our home- which they did resolve. Ordered furniture in May, and it is October and we still are yet to recieve the furniture. We have specified many times when we are available at the house, delivery is scheduled and then they either don't show up because of issues or once they arrive the furniture wasn't pre inspected as requested and once again we have to reorder. I have used WDI's services twice now and both times I received excellent service. I purchased 2 furniture pieces online that needed to be assembled and moved into specific rooms. The staff from WDI did a wonderful job of assembling these pieces and moving them for me. They were friendly, skilled, and took great care with my furniture. Another time my grand piano needed to be moved due to new floors being installed. Once again the WDI staff was prompt and efficient in meeting my moving needs. I had to have an outdoor garden stand that was out of state and needed to be picked up in Santa Cruz, CA and delivered to Oregon. Fantastic to work with, very professional and came through when everyone else was so expensive. I would use them again in a heart beat!! Thanks for helping me out!!
