I have had this storage unit for almost 3 years. Have automatic withdraw for my monthly payment. June I noticed the payment did not withdraw. I looked back and they had not removed it since March. My unit had been double locked. Called to get clarification as to why and was made to pay the back storage payments in order to get into my unit AFTER they admitted it was their fault they did not remove the payment from my account when they still had my account info on file. New, clean unit. But the steep gravel grade is a dangerous hindrance in loading and unloading. The row I was assigned was about a 30 degree hill. I couldn't park my truck up there without drivers side doors slamming shut on me, so I parked at the level low spot. I almost rolled my ankle sliding on the gravel while carrying a heavy bin. I would rent again, but NOTin this row.
