I had the pleasure of meeting Steve from Dow Plumbing Co. when I recently needed some expert help. He was the nicest trade professional I have ever met! Kind, courteous, friendly, completely honest and there was absolutely no condescension towards me, as a complete 'untechnical' woman. I unfortunately have been patronized previously from professionals in other same or similar companies. I will be exclusively using Dow, & hopefully Steve, for all future plumbing needs! WD Dow company provided high professional plumbing service, quick response, great communication and very efficient work. It was a major re-design - complete replacement of water treatment system and water pressure tank with all required plumbing work. We received great advise that helped to narrow down our options.
