Great service in the parts dept. Twice in the last month I’ve needed parts for my L2501, and both times I was fortunate enough to deal with Ami when I called. She is knowledgeable and efficient, and got me what I needed quickly both times. The first time, the computer showed no inventory on what I needed, but she went to the stockroom to check herself and found it. Great customer service that’s hard to find anymore.
Recently needed a part for a tractor. It was on back order for two months out. Some how the parts team found me one in 7days! Way to go team!!!
Fantastic service, phone team let me know they could help and it felt like all hands were on deck to help the customer! Great people and atmosphere
