Need more mechanics on sight it's frustrating to drive a hour away to another shop after our machine was a month in the shop with no service waiting its turn
Was excited to reach out to this company due to the multiple 5 star reviews. Unfortunately I have called multiple times, (different weeks) and no one was available. I’ve also left a voicemail that was never returned. And I have also emailed 2-3 times without a reply. I was looking for pricing on zero turn mowers but couldn’t reach anyone. Definitely hope this can change! Just moved to this area and would love to have a place to go to regularly.
I bought an Exmark mower from here, and had an issue with it going through belts really quickly. It was a really uncommon problem, I was frustrated and they definitely were too, but they went above and beyond to get it fixed! I'll definitely continue to give them my business. They treat all their customers the same, whether buying a part or spending tens of thousands. Glad to have them in town!
