I met the store manager Brad Lawhun last Saturday. I told him in conversation that I had a Kubota 1120 side by side. I mentioned that the set screw for my brake had fallen out. On Monday he sent me a text letting me know he had ordered the part. He also got me in touch with Danny Johnson for when I am ready to purchase a lawn mower and possibly a small tractor. I learned a lesson about what customer service should be today. WC Tractor has my business from this moment on.
I called to inquire about a Virnig grapple and was told that you only stock commercial-grade grapples for skid steers. What I didn’t expect was a lecture about being too cheap and that I needed to spend $5,000–$6,000 on a grapple. I explained to the young man on the phone that I didn’t need to spend that much when there are other reliable brands available at a lower price point. Was ignored- poked around an implement in the yard, went inside and glanced at stuff, looked at 3 men looking at their computers, left. I guess you have to ask, no signage to tell you where except for parts. Very nice facility and tons of tractors, mules, mowers.
My son the IT guy showed me how to write a google review. Kudo’s everyone for your patience helping get my mower working. Patience doesn’t really doesn’t cover the excellent customer service provided by all. It’s not very often you work with service group that listens to a customer. I can’t thank y’all enough.
