WCT Bryan has been outstanding with their customer service. Daniel part of the service desk was super helpful and continued to follow up even once the issue was resolved. Mike, a field technician came out as well and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The Bryan office is beyond great when it comes to customer care and service.

Want to give Danny Johnson a big shout out for helping us with the purchase of a new Kubota Tractor. He took his time to listen to our needs and explain all our options. We also requested a test drive around the lot and did not hesitate to accommodate us.
John in service spent time on phone to help me answer a question. As he has done with previous inquiries he was professional, patient, and helpful.
Man I had an absolute great experience today at the parts counter. Jake Ezell? Maybe? I needed parts to rig up a hydraulic skid steer shredder snd didn't have part numbers for him to work from. No make. No model. Nothing. But man he jumped right in. Found exactly what I needed. In stock. Quickly too. And even helped me carry the heavy stump jumper to the truck. Top notch service. Please let him know I appreciate him. I put it all together today after arriving home. And its perfect. Thanks guys. I appreciate it.
