Absolutely trash. Service department is terrible. Clint with sales is terrible. Will never do business with WC tractor again and highly encourage everyone to do the same.
WC Tractor in Bryan is trash. Our mini excavator that we purchased from them has broken down on a jobsite TWICE now within a year of purchase. Their warranty is even worse as we were told no one would come out to look at it OR come pick it up for them to look at it. We are having to hire a mechanic to come out and look at it even after spending all the extra money for the "super warranty". I met the store manager Brad Lawhun last Saturday. I told him in conversation that I had a Kubota 1120 side by side. I mentioned that the set screw for my brake had fallen out. On Monday he sent me a text letting me know he had ordered the part. He also got me in touch with Danny Johnson for when I am ready to purchase a lawn mower and possibly a small tractor. I learned a lesson about what customer service should be today. WC Tractor has my business from this moment on.
I called to inquire about a Virnig grapple and was told that you only stock commercial-grade grapples for skid steers. What I didn’t expect was a lecture about being too cheap and that I needed to spend $5,000–$6,000 on a grapple. I explained to the young man on the phone that I didn’t need to spend that much when there are other reliable brands available at a lower price point.
