The entire WCS Permits team is outstanding! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure permits are accurate and delivered on time. They truly bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need to move your oversized loads safely and efficiently.
In 47 years of driving WCS is the best permit service I've ever used. Their staff is very knowledgeable, they communicate well (which is very important), and are very efficient in getting permits to me in a timely manner. Many times I'll leave them an email at night and they'll start on them as soon as they're in the next morning. They seem to make my permit needs a priority no matter how large or small. If you need permits or pilot cars WCS is the only place to call. Safe travels.
The only people I trust with our permits! They go above and beyond for every route. Our regular permit clerk is Christy (who is amazing!!!), but when she is unavailable the rest of the team jumps right in to help! Urgent runs, impossible to route large/wide/oversize runs, even cross-country runs - I know WCS has us covered.
West coast permits is by far the best place to order from, I have personally called Christy consecutively for over a year and she always goes above and beyond for our company. The customer service is unmatched with them, and they work quickly and efficiently. If you ever need permits or even have a question West coast is the place to call!
