I am extremely disappointed with Schembri as a management company. Despite faithfully paying a monthly parking fee of $125, their gross negligence resulted in me receiving a parking ticket. If you are a fan of cockroaches, bed bugs and other insects - then 26 Columbia is the right place for you! In addition to pests, this property also features a great shelter for immigrants. According to housing laws, no more than 1 person can occupy a single room. But no worries! Schembri will just respectfully email you asking not to do this and wish you a nice day. In Waterloo, whoever works on the property management office, they're very rude, they don't know how to respect 😤 the people. They only work for their communities' people only. They don't worry about others. The property is not maintained properly. The pictures you see online are completely different from in person, it is way worse than I imagined.
