I went in here a few months ago for something very simple. The doctor or pa or whatever he is was very condescending and made me feel terrible! They didn’t listen to me and made me feel like I went in there for hand outs when all I wanted was help.
Early April, 25.. my PCP could not see Me for 4 days. I had a bad sinus infection and did not want to wait that long. Walked in for first time.. Was seen with-in 15 minutes on a rainy Friday afternoon. Out in 15 and collecting antibiotics within a half hour. The Dr. was kind, listened and made me feel comfortable. I will use their services again if needed
I don’t recommend Joanne Moeswilde at all. She is condescending, not empathetic and believes that processed foods are the root to every problem
I don't understand why people are giving this place a bad rep. New to the area, I didn't have a healthcare provider. However, I walked in and had an appointment scheduled that very same day. I love my new primary care provider, and she is extremely helpful.
