I'm not sure what's up with the poor reviews. Maybe people are acting rudely and getting back some of what they put forth? I was seen quickly, and everyone was kind and helpful. Second time I've been to urgent care here, and I'd go again.
Experience here greatly depends on the doctor you get. I have had a great experience where I was listened to and respected, and offered treatment. The next time I went it was a horrible experience - the PA I saw (Everett Steinbarger) was rude, condescending, and actually withheld a simple treatment because he claimed my symptoms were "subjective", without bothering to examine me at all. He also clearly was not at all knowledgeable about the subject, despite it being on the list of conditions addressed at the office. It was a... read more
I went in here a few months ago for something very simple. The doctor or pa or whatever he is was very condescending and made me feel terrible! They didn’t listen to me and made me feel like I went in there for hand outs when all I wanted was help.
Early April, 25.. my PCP could not see Me for 4 days. I had a bad sinus infection and did not want to wait that long. Walked in for first time.. Was seen with-in 15 minutes on a rainy Friday afternoon. Out in 15 and collecting antibiotics within a half hour. The Dr. was kind, listened and made me feel comfortable. I will use their services again if needed
I don’t recommend Joanne Moeswilde at all. She is condescending, not empathetic and believes that processed foods are the root to every problem
