Had awesome customer service from Todd when buying our six year old his first dirtbike! very quick replies before purchase and also is quick and helpful after purchase for advice and support🤘
Drove 8 hours in the middle of winter to purchase a used trail bike from WCK. Todd was very helpful and understanding in communicating by email over a long period as I decided about the bike. He and a local customer ( didn’t get his name, great guy) helped with securing to the trailer for trip home. If I lived closer I would buy from Todd again. Customer service like that is worth so much to me, and unfortunately becoming rare these days.
New to the area having moved from out of country. Needed a mower, but couldn't justify a "pro" mower (small yard), nor wanted a box store machine (junk), so stopped to see what they had. Guy had a good condition used Honda mower and we settled on a fair price. Good folks at WCK. I'll be back and would recommend.
