I had several wonderful discussion with both Mike C. and Brian M. these last few weeks! I got a chance to not only tour the Fridley, MN facility but also the Ankeny, IA site as well. Very professional, friendly and customer focused (External and Internal) people at all the levels I met and talked with. I also found kindred sprits for the people side of the processes as well as the organizational side in both Mike and Brian!
