I would not suggest anyone to apply here, i was attended by an extremely rude lady who had an european/ russian accent at the baraboo location , unfortunately I dont remember her name but I wish I would cause someone needs to know she made me feel so bad I almost cried while listening to her and filing my application; she used the worst words someone has ever told me in a long time, i respect the policies of this company and I respect not being approved for a loan, but the fact someone like the lady that took care of me is w... read more
I understand the majority of reviews are negative. I have had multiple interactions with the workers (as I just opened an account); I could not complain on anything even if I were to make it up.

Stay away!
Horrible called back of my card because it had a block, they said to call my bank so i did. The local branch lady asked all my info name, social, address, phone, bank acct.. then proceeded to tell me they can’t unblock it unless I come in.. which I said what if im out of state? She said I have to call the back of the card!? But you’re website says call the bank for any blocks!!! Whats going on and who is running this place.?? oh and how do I get my card unblocked?????🤦♂️
