I needed to renew 2 CDs I had opened at a branch WCCU & then open a new one. Both Dana and Deb were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was misinformed about one step in the process, which resulted in Dana staying late to finish the transaction. Deb worked quickly on setting up the new CD, which was appreciated as well.
Theres an extremely rude lady working there, she has an atittude, makes u scream your social security. I went there and her attitude was so bad I decided to leave before finishing my application.
