WCC did a horrible job. They were sent out as a representative of cox communications. They did not call before arriving as it states they will in the emails and on the phone when the spot was scheduled. They showed up late. Once they got there they couldn’t even do the job. They were not prepared with the right tools or knowledge. Left without an attempt. No answer as to why just gone. I am extremely surprised Cox communications uses this company. Worst company! Will not install cable into a residence. The residence looks similar to a business and would not install. They will waste your time (two days) only to tell you it can't be done. Do not recommend them at all. If possible - 0 stars due to zero performance.
Never had a issue with race was treated just as anyone else was. Worked in HRD and never had issues down there Transfered to NOVA didn't have many issue up there other than Cesar didn;t like to here about HRD and Alvin well I'll leave that alone. For the most part great company to work for. Still need to separate NOVA from Fredericksburg
Not a good place to work if your of color.
I had a supervisor lie to a manager saying I left the job site when that was not true I was just in a different part of the building. After being let go from the job site and the company. Without an explanation they blocked me from being hired in a different locations.
