They are the worst trash collection company I have ever seen. They are no longer WCA number one they are now known as gfl Environmental. It has been 3 weeks and they have still yet to even pick up my neighborhood trash. Whenever you try to call them they never answer their phone. So I had to go in person all the way to Newburgh to see what was going on with my trash service. They stated they would pick up the trash next following week and they still have not done it I proceeded to talk to them again and once again same excus... read more

I was quoted 73 for one can quarterly and 78 for two cans. I went to sign up and was told it was 120 quarterly. Get your costs right.

We have used their service for a about a year and they consistently skip weeks at a time andsl and we paid for the whole month and they only came once and would not refund or give us credit for the next month and when we cancelled their service they still took 95 dollars and proceed to fight us on them not returning it. They are literal trash and please do not use. One of the worst services I've ever used.

They won’t pick up the phone or the trash. Will find a different trash company asap.
