***DO NOT USE WCA WASTE.*** For 2 years my account has been paid and even over paid at times. They send disconnect notices and send you to collections for being over paid. When you call them about it the staff is rude. They will not let you talk with a supervisor nor a manager or even give out a work email address. After fighting with them for better part of a hour you get a "account specialist" who says yeah sorry we were wrong. This company is a joke and I have no idea how they have stayed in business for this long.
