I struggle with quarterly billing and I must have missed a payment. One day without any notice or warning my trash can disappeared. I called and it took two day to get a response. When I paid my missed payment and late charge I was told I would receive my can in 5 to 7 days. Eight days later I called to see where the can was and was told it would take weeks to get a can.
