If you are in Chautauqua County for a brief vacation, the summer season, or for life, the UPMC Chautauqua hospital offers the world-class facilities you need. I recently completed a two-week inpatient stay and couldn't be more impressed. Everything is immaculate, the staff is dedicated, and the food is excellent. A sincere thank you goes out to the dozens of people I met who shared their expertise, compassion, and drive to help others.
The Staff that was there on the 8th when I lost my husband was absolutely amazing. I will forever be greatful that they didnt give up on him. I know it has to hurt them also to lose a patient. I will forever see them as Angels. I thank them for what they did and trying to save his life. I know its their job but they also are humans that have feelings too and I know it hurt them. Thank your doctors and nurses and hospital staff. A kind word to them helps them keep going and fighting for each patient.
Worst experience ever!!! Nurses need to be trained again about not labeling and judging patients. Nurse Patrick was completely unprofessional.
Complete and utter incompetence. In every single aspect.
I normally avoid this hospital at all costs due to bad experiences and stories. But when I had no choice but to go there today, I was so relieved. I was able to ask questions and was given detailed answers, the staff were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. UPMC Chautauqua sure made a turn around from what I can tell. Thank you ER staff!
