Steve Lukasik Review We paid $1600 for an irrigation design plan and another $1600 for WC3 to oversee the installation by a sprinkler company. Steve seemed to have a good design, as far as I could tell, until the installer changed a lot of it. I do not know yet if that was good or bad but I do know that Steve refused to give us the list of the zones so that we could control it or an accounting of the changes.
