He quoted me $8500 for changing my 2 electric panels inside and outside, rewiring, and updating all electricity for my first floor. He promised to start immediately and finished his job to change back I paid him $4000 in advance. ( I am a teacher and need to go back to school in August, need someone who can do a quick job for me.
