I am so impressed with WC Bath & Shower - we purchased all of our bathroom accessories for our renovation from them 8 years ago. We recently had a few things we needed assistance with to fix and their service was impeccable despite their being next to nothing in it for them. Can't speak highly enough of the support and highly recommend them.
We built a house and granny flat recently which was fitted out completely from WC Bath + Shower. The experience was completely nullified right at the end when we were trying to exchange a right hand toilet roll holder for a left hand one. The supplier said they were more than happy to exchange it seeing as it was still in the box and unused - they simply needed it to be done through our retailer.
