I recently visited WBT Truck Repair to get the cabin airbag fixed in my semi truck, and my experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 1 PM and patiently waited until 5 PM, only to be told by the owner that they couldn’t fix my truck after all that time. I really needed the repair, and the fact that I was left without any resolution was incredibly frustrating. The service was awful, and the customer service was even worse.
