If you broker or Bank is asking for a valuation from these guys, STOP and look elsewhere. They undervalue properties by 35%. If the value is between 5%-10% is acceptable but 35% is a shocker. This is despite knowing someone who works there too. I had to change banks to get refinance using professional valuer. The comments previous are 100^ genuine and not some owners who think their property is worth a fortune
3 x times they have now undervalued my property by15% to 20%. And when I contested and demonstrated sales evidence, they refused to admit error. Never ever use them!
Have to be worst of the worst in terms of valuations. All negative reviews are spot on.
I was really surprised by the way they undervalued my property at Schofields. I arranged another valuation later and it came out 220K more than the valuation done by WBP! Not sure whether they even know what they are doing.
Absolutey terrible and unqualified for the job. Much like every other review for these guys, their valuation came in 100k less than what THREE other valuation companies came up with. Furthermore, the person that came to value our property was extremely rude and condescending to my partner. You can tell by their responses to all reviews that they have zero care in the world for feedback because every response is the exact same copy and paste response stating they use "up to date property data and impartial analysis".
