Hats off to WBL Marine for dedicated service, quick responses, and in-depth knowledge. I had the misfortune of purchasing a boat lift from a competitor to WBL and upon placement in a remote location, the brand new lift failed to connect or operate. Over two weeks of frustration passed with me unsuccessfully tinkering / experimenting towards solutions, with nil support from the vendor.
