Google should allow for zero stars, because this is what WBI deserves based on my experience dealing with them, especially their Vice President Artikas. Zero accountability. Zero honesty. Multiple threats from them. Lack of adherence to their policy. Need I go on. Home warranty is a joke, it’s there to protect the builder, at the expense of screwing over the homeowner. Extremely disappointing experience with WBI Home Warranty. They dismissed clear material defects as “damage” without proper investigation, despite being within the warranty period and having a proof from builder as a defect. Zero accountability, and no support for homeowners. Would give zero stars if I could.

In reading the reviews, I see I am not alone - The builders all seem to love them - giving 5 stars. However the home owners have a very different 1 star experience. I recently had our property manager submit a claim - WBI just called the builder who was dishonest about the problem- and they denied the claim They did not investigate or come and see the problem - just denied the claim on the builder's advice. This company should not be allowed to practise. Who regulates these companies?

I had the pleasure of dealing with Navjot when applying for new home warranty coverage to support my new builder license application.. Navjot was very knowledgeable about this product and guided me through each step along the way. I spoke with all of the providers in the province and chose WBI due to Navjot's experience and customer service.
