Google should allow for zero stars, because this is what WBI deserves based on my experience dealing with them, especially their Vice President Artikas. Zero accountability. Zero honesty. Multiple threats from them. Lack of adherence to their policy. Need I go on. Home warranty is a joke, it’s there to protect the builder, at the expense of screwing over the homeowner. Sunny , Pratibha and Artikas at WBI were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional with both my company and the homeowners. The way they handled a very difficult situation with one of the homeowners was amazing. The support I received from these three was truly refreshing. Thank you team WBI for a great experience!

Extremely disappointing experience with WBI Home Warranty. They dismissed clear material defects as “damage” without proper investigation, despite being within the warranty period and having a proof from builder as a defect. Zero accountability, and no support for homeowners. Would give zero stars if I could.
