I submitted a warranty claim and it has been 8 months with no action and no response, except for the initial assignment of the claims representative. Who knew it would be so hard to get action?
Awful company to deal with. Non existent customer service. It is very clear they are more interested in keeping good relationships with builders than actually following the warranty guidelines. Our only goal since day one is to simply have the defects in our home rectified in a timely manor, we have been nothing but accommodating with the builders very last minute scheduling.
