WBI has not been helpful at all. They approve items that don’t matter and ignore code violations. If you are buying a home ask who the warranty provider is. Steer clear of WBI.
Update: ***We had municipal codes officer come out reinspect items that were building code violations. They confirmed these are code violations and WBI has refused to respond or come out to evaluate. Some of these code violation have caused injury. Terrible service, not reliable and full of excuses.
Very disappointing experience with WBI Home Warranty Ltd. The service was not helpful and the communication felt very dishonest throughout the process. Customer service was rude, responses were slow, and overall it created unnecessary frustration. I personally would not trust this company at all and would strongly recommend others to be very cautious before dealing with them.
