Started working with Keil and Brian at WBC. Very passionate about their customers and the equipment industry. They are folks that do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend.
Unsafe, would be the best way to describe this lift rental. Control head in the bucket has clearly be broken for sometime and will not stay in place. Also when I attempted to retract the outrigger legs, after nearly an hour of trying, I found the boom safety switch was not functional. When I called to get some help with the issue the guy clearly knew about the issue and told me to stick a screwdriver or knife in the switch to bypass the safety switch.
