Elizabeth Villalpando is the best receptionist. She is professional and cordial and very informative. 10/10 made our visit more pleasant.
I really appreciated Emely, she was very helpful in checking warranty and getting coverage for us.
Gerardo Sánchez was one of the technicians that jumped right on the reefer problem that I had with the trailer they did an excellent job and worked until it was finished. Much appreciated.
Their reefer tech Osvaldo from the Duncanville Location has done a great job every time he comes out to fix an issue with our Carrier units he gets it done usually same day quickly and professionally.
