Scott came out within 30 minutes of calling him and looked at my Central AC unit. He confirmed that the compressor was burned-out and shorted to ground. He left and called me within the hour with estimates and options. He came back in the afternoon and installed a new AC unit. I would definitely use W.B. Scott again in the future.
HIghly Reccomend WB Scott. They do fantastic work, and are nice guys, They stand by their work and don't try to sell you things you don't need.
I highly recommend using their service especially over other companies like Horizon who over charge and only push to get a sale. My furnace stopped working so I was referred to call W.B Scott Inc and I was very pleased with the overall service. Scott came to my house within 40 minutes after I called and explained the situation to him. Scott was very friendly and knowledge about the industry. He fixed my furnace and I got heat back in my home.
