I received a call from WB a couple of weeks ago, confirming shipment of my medication. I have Stage 4 cancer, and I am currently taking Kisqali on a daily basis. My company switched RX supply company. For my mail order scripts. I have been trying for a month to get set up for perscriptions. My doctor was having trouble getting them my perscriptions. Hopefully it is set up now. We will see how much trouble new refills will be. The app they use does not work well on Android phones. I’m extremely disappointed in my recent experience with WBRXExpress, particularly in my interactions with Hailey, a pharmacist, and Kyra, a manager. Both seemed far too preoccupied with why I needed a GLP-1 medication, questioning me in a way that felt more like an interrogation than a routine prescription fill. I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. They have always been so very helpful. I asked them to call me before prescriptions are charged & shipped. They have done so everytime. This way I know how much each prescription costs & how much is being charged to my card. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a bad experience with a different mail order company where they charged $499 on HSA card for a previously covered item. I have never had a problem with WB Rx Express.
