Shipping times are horrible. I’m constantly running out of medication. The package goes from Indiana to Kentucky then up to Michigan before finally making it here to NW Ohio! Seriously thinking about paying out of pocket just to get my meds filled locally.
I received a call from WB a couple of weeks ago, confirming shipment of my medication. I have Stage 4 cancer, and I am currently taking Kisqali on a daily basis. WB Rx Express has been my specialty pharmacy for many months now, so I had no reason to believe there would be any issue receiving my medication as usual. My company switched RX supply company. For my mail order scripts. I have been trying for a month to get set up for perscriptions. My doctor was having trouble getting them my perscriptions. Hopefully it is set up now. We will see how much trouble new refills will be. The app they use does not work well on Android phones. Both seemed far too preoccupied with why I needed a GLP-1 medication, questioning me in a way that felt more like an interrogation than a routine prescription fill.
