If I could give zero stars I would. We are a local custom business and rely on accurate and timely quotes for our community customers. This business uses ESP platform, and they purposely list misleading pricing. We quoted a customer based on their listed prices and their invoice came $328 higher!! When I called Bert and Victor refused to honor their pricing. They tried to tell me they have never had a complaint like this, however, I see a review from a year ago stating the same complaint. Terrible customer service and Burt and his staff do not honor esp and his our customer service. They charge whatever price they want and want the distributor to loss money on there orders. Please do not use this supplier because you will be very unhappy like me.
