hello to all concerned: I contracted with WB paving in dec. 2023 thru jan 2024. I met with 'tom jr' at the work site in Dover, DE. tom promised more than 3 times he and company would address ANY install problems/concerns I may have. That was a BIG selling point. He lied. After a few phone calls to tom to inform him of my concerns I told him about one of three concerns with no positive response and deniability.
