This is an issue with WB Mason in general not the Lyndonville office.. We are suppose to have deliveries (and it noted) during open hours. Worst case if it is before open going to a specific door. It works well for a while then it is like nothing was ever mentioned and stuff just being left outside and empty water bottles not picked up. Being told ONLY the account rep can make changes. Really nice lady in the front but the guys in the back kind of shady if you know what I'm talking about. Looking at you difficult in real funny.
