Website screams about next day delivery, but it took a week for the order to come after having to call about it and then when it came, it was short one of four items. When I called about the matter, I was told they would resend the missing item with a charge of $13 shipping. go elsewhere!

Don’t bother buying from this company. You are better off with other suppliers. I placed a recent order that was never delivered. Called each day after the supposed delivery date. Each rep told me they would look into it and get back to me within the hour. Well that never happened. It was such a simple order for water jugs. My business stoped doing business with them in 2021 and I decided to give them a chance once more. They failed exceptionally well years later. Don’t bother with WB Mason.

Terrible service on our first order! Placed an order for supplies for my business. Used the local delivery option (great delivery price). This is what happened: - Order placed - Received email the next day stating one of our items had to be cancelled because it couldn't be delivered with their delivery partners. Email stated I could contact them to arrange a replacement item. - Emailed their customer service department to ask if we could exchange the item that couldn't be shipped with something else. - No response to email. ... read more

My firm has used R&R for our office supplies for about 5 years. I love how fast the supplies arrive and my account rep, Alyssa Harvey, is really on top it!
