Good receiving department but for 53ft semi trailers most back in off street
This is the second mess up on two different offices. We’ve set up in Florida. I will not mention the sales rep by name, however, he reassured me before ordering the furniture that there would be no hiccups like there was the first time. I told him I was concerned that if I order the materials, they will be shipped on time or will not be installed on time. I had a time crunch. Jake Mayo, my sales Rep is amazing! He always lets me know when my routine items are on sale and he'll check in to see if there is anything I am specifically needing. Delivery is on time and a wide variety of items with great prices!! Highly recommend Jake!!
My account representative, David, is wonderful to work with. He always helps us with our supply needs, and he makes the process so easy for us. They usually have what we need, to us, by the next day. Great prices and great customer service!
Trying to double bill me for something that took 8 months to ship after I already tried more than once to cancel the order and get a refund. Wrong orders shipped, lied to by sales rep. They will match a price sure but if you care about integrity look elsewhere.
