They are getting worse. I took pictures of a recent shipment from them of an order that should have taken a day to get. There was so much packaging that I couldn't believe it. It was a box of 60 pens, a weekly planner and a very small notebook. The pens and planner were in separately sealed bags and then in the box was a smaller box (not much smaller). Inside the smaller box, was a bunch of packaging bubbles and a small sealed blue plastic bag. Inside this bag was the very small memo notebook (size of the palm of your hand).... read more
