Order placed June 1, 2025 no contact/movement on order so called June 9 and talked to customer service. Said they couldn’t find order tracking number. She called warehouse and couldn’t get ahold of anyone and asked if she could call back tomorrow. June 10 no call back, so called customer service again to find out my account was deactivated along with order canceled. No prior contact was made nor attempt to refund money for product ordered. Very unorganized company. Most of the time it's not worth the time and the headache to order from them.
One of the delivery drivers on Winton was standing, blocking traffic and had his back to the entrance not paying attention to anyone and not visible from the road. Then when people thankfully stop in time to avoid hitting him he has the audacity to make remarks to them as they pass while making our delivery. Real professional hire.
THIS COMPANY DID NOT DELIVER OUR PRE-PAID ORDER AND THEN WOULD NOT DELIVER IT OR ISSUE A REFUND. THEY BLAMED US FOR NOT LETTING THEM KNOW WITHIN 14 DAYS WHEN THAT IS FULLY IN AN EXPECTED DELIVERY PERIOD.
Absolutely disgusting employee. Richie Freely is a complete and utter disrespectful human being. I cannot believe a company would employee someone so disgusting.
