Order placed June 1, 2025 no contact/movement on order so called June 9 and talked to customer service. Said they couldn’t find order tracking number. Customer service is now stating we are outside service area and can’t ship product to ... read more
Very unorganized company. Most of the time it's not worth the time and the headache to order from them.
One of the delivery drivers on Winton was standing, blocking traffic and had his back to the entrance not paying attention to anyone and not visible from the road. Then when people thankfully stop in time to avoid hitting him he has the audacity to make remarks to them as they pass while making our delivery. Real professional hire.
THIS COMPANY DID NOT DELIVER OUR PRE-PAID ORDER AND THEN WOULD NOT DELIVER IT OR ISSUE A REFUND. THEY BLAMED US FOR NOT LETTING THEM KNOW WITHIN 14 DAYS WHEN THAT IS FULLY IN AN EXPECTED DELIVERY PERIOD.
