Got here early. A very nice employee greeted me outside told me they won’t unload me till my appointment time but go in and talk to the boss he’s there. As soon as I went in no hi no good morning just your appointment is at 10 so moral of the story don’t come early as I will be waiting 4 more hours to get unloaded. I’ve been to so many WB Masons and never encountered this. They have always been super great with unloading even if early not this one.
Frankly, I’m extremely disappointed with Mason WB Co. Inc. The original delivery of a large whiteboard was delayed by over a month after payment was completed. When it finally arrived, the board was warped and fell off the included wall mounting system. I was assured a replacement would be processed, yet it’s now two weeks past the promised date. This level of delay and lack of follow-through is simply unprofessional and unacceptable.
