We started trying to order a desk -to match existing furniture gotten from WB Mason- on Dec. 6 and got very little response from our rep. Then I finally was able to contact the rep's "supervisor" to supposedly order the desk in early January. He insisted on payment info to order the desk but could not give me a shipping date after emailing him 3 times. Finally contacted another rep whom we have dealt with in the past, who was able to determine the desk was on back order and may not ever come in. Their prices are all over the... read more
